This ones are bigger than I expected - I play solo percussion and this ones are simply too loud and heavy. It was my fault not knowing precisely for what the product is meant. I suppose for band corps military marching etc. this is a great sturdy product.

 "Great practice sticks" 2009-11-07

These scojos are used by my son for practice sticks. They can be used on most surfaces, are not as loud as regular sticks and work well. Keep an eye on the rubber tips. They can come loose. My son lost one in the band room for a couple weeks before it was found again. Its glued back on and works great again. He says he would get another pair and would recommend them.
