After reading the reviews on the cheaper seats I bit the bullet and spent a bit more money and ended up with a darn good drum chair. The height adjustement is low enough for my 8 year old and higher than I need at 6 feet. Appears to be quite sturdy(holds my 215 lbs no problem) and as long as you aren't being mentally insane should give many years of service. Glad I spent a bit more and the free super saver shipping really put it back into a decent price range.
